Rubispheres is a chamber trio depicting urban life and landscapes in the world. This 3-movement work for wind trio (flute, clarinet and bassoon) in a set of exciting hip, rhythmic and virtuosic outer movements dedicated to the Lower East Side of Manhattan, and soulful song for Washington Heights at night. In concert, the entire set is about 15 minutes duration.
