Email or call our team within 7 days of receiving your instrument to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and discuss your specific needs.
Pack with Care
Securely pack the instrument in its original case and shipping box, including all accessories, cleaning rods, and documentation provided at the time of purchase.
Ship the Instrument
Affix the provided shipping label and send the package back to our center; we recommend using a tracked and insured service to ensure the safety of the flute.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the instrument's condition, we will process your refund or ship your chosen exchange instrument within 3-5 business days.
