Tambourin (Flute Choir)

François-Joseph Gossec (1734-1829), a respected composer in his time, worked mainly in Paris. The piece Tambourin is one of his best known and is still favoured today by many flutists as an encore. The arrangement presented here has resulted from music school practice and is an impressive piece for any flute ensemble.
